Quality/Health Services Consulting

The Quality Forum’s organizational framework is founded on the development and implementation of quality improvement and analytics programs. Accordingly, these programs are designed to impact stakeholder groups by providing an aggregate view of population health outcomes and using the results to guide quality improvement in Louisiana’s health care. As the organization’s reach and focuses have expanded, the capabilities have overlapped and combined to support health IT adoption, interoperability, and quality reporting for the capture and measurement of patient outcomes; reductions in non-emergent utilization of EDs (e.g. LaEDIE); practice transformation; and improved decision-making at the point of care. With this integrated approach to quality improvement and analytics, the Quality Forum continues to transform health care through transparency and collaboration with provider and payer stakeholders.
